This modern mediterranean, recently renovated Villa offers mountain and sea views It’s generous double volume nature opens up into a large living area as with various patio areas. The three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with queen size beds are all en suite with the exception of one, which has a bathroom across the hallway. The main bedroom with a large walk in cabinet has it’s own private and sunny balcony facing the the green gardens and trees of the estate.

The house is equipped with a basic backup system for power interruptions, should any occur.
