Both bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, have newly renovated en suite bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and dining area flows nicely into a cozy seating area and a covered patio with built in barbecue. It is fully enclosed by stacking doors, allowing you to have that outdoor feeling even without being outside, should one of those windier days come your way. The home further offers a bar with TV.

The pool area and garden is very private and north facing, and offers another outdoor seating area. The front terrace has it’s own little putting green and various seating areas, offering fantastic views.

A basic back up system for load shedding is in place, and there is parking for up to three vehicles in the driveway.

The main bedroom (not on the photographs) will be locked for the duration of your stay.
